The price and location are reasonable, but it doesn’t feel like a hotel. Room service and customer experience are really poor. More like an Airbnb apartment.

The place is good, but they didn't provide towel on the 1st day, even we rwquested it, they give it on the day we are goin to check out..

The room was missing supplies like tissues and towels. The batgroom door does not close properly as the wood is swollen. The reception as well as yhe restuarant do not answer the phone in multiple occasions, so I had to go down physically every time I needed something.
