    They provide false information. The hotel I booked my booking wasn’t Day. They take me to another hotel so I gave them 2 out of 10 because no Internet no facility I as they told me on the booking swimming pool Spa unfortunately they didn’t have none of these so totally false information

    The location is good, although my kalumaan na ang hotel. Under staff and no available complimentary water and other services such as hotel glass for water or cup and saucers and e-kittle. No ready towels and door mat in CR and its very difficult to request. We have received towels over night after we checkin at noon time. We are using tissue paper in drying our hands and faces after washing. 😔

    How the staff accommodated us, was not a standard way on how to entertain clients. Imagine giving two bottled water for 4 persons, giving us a PWD room (not to be rude) and not a regular one. We waited for an hour for the breakfast. Two towels for 4 persons. They did not even read emails and notes indicated in the booking details and sent to their email address about our request. These experiences made our stay in their hotel a terrible one.
