I stayed for 2 nights. After first and second nights the access cards got automatically cancelled and Power switched off, turning of all the lights and air-conditioning. I had to go down to the reception and get the card reactivated.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this hotel stay was extremely disappointing. From the moment I checked in, the reception was unprofessional, dismissive, and not welcoming at all.
The condition of the room was far below any acceptable standard. The furniture was badly worn and chipped, with peeling wood and poorly maintained surfaces. The bathroom fixtures were rusty, stained, and unhygienic. The shelves and holders in the bathroom were corroded, with visible rust and dirt. Even the mirror fittings were rusted and dirty, clearly not cleaned or maintained for a long time.
The biggest concern was the room door lock. Instead of being properly maintained, the electronic lock was literally taped together with green tape — an unbelievable safety and security risk for guests. This is completely unacceptable and unsafe.
Overall, the hotel gives the impression of neglect, lack of maintenance, and zero professionalism. For the price paid, this is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property until serious renovations and management improvements are made.
