    First the name should be changed to DRR Dariya apartments for English speakers as Google has recognized the name as so. Especially for Uber drivers, it VERY confusing and there are several apartments in other areas of Riyadh with the same name so please be careful when booking a driver. The apartment building was beautiful, clean and always smelled nice int the reception area. I stayed on the 2nd floor where I was met with a constant very strong smell of curry! My stay was mostly quiet, but families will let their kids run up and down the hallways, you will hear children screaming, loud slamming of doors and loud talking especially on the weekends. For the most part it was quiet but not always! The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Please keep in mind these apartments are VERY small and are perfect for 1 traveler. I do not recommend the apartment for couples or people to travel with a large family! There is just not enough space! There was always hot water for the shower... please keep in mind the shower is right next to the toilet and there is a small hole in the floor where the water drains, and the entire bathroom WILL be wet after every shower is taken! There is no balcony and only 2 very small windows that do not have a view. 1 window is in the bathroom, and the other is in the living space, so it is not very sunny at all. The apartment was a great and affordable place to rest; it will get bothersome for long stays as this place is great for short stays. You do have to ask reception for towels, toilet paper and tissues as they are not readily available in the apartment. Everyone in reception was so kind , very nice and welcoming!
