I had a great stay at the hotel. Saleem Bellman was very helpful and kind to assist us. We would definitely visit the hotel again.

8.8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026

Online the hotel mentioned that they have a swimming pool.. in fact to go to the swimming pool must pass between men gym; so that without any online notice they PREVENT women to go to swimming pool for that !!!!!! Not legal and not logic and we can make a legal custody against this hotel. But only because good hospitality staff we will not. The only step we will do that we will mever go to that hotel again. Im a married man and have a special kid of 15 years old that is connected to his Mom much.. so i can not take him in the swimming pool as he will be angry; his mother must accompany him; so we did not enjoy the swimming pool because the hotel online do NOT say that women not allowed.

Excellent hotel at an affordable price. The staff were very helpful, and the room was very clean. My only suggestion is to reserve parking spaces for guests with bookings rather than visitors. From the outside, the hotel looks a little old, but the overall stay was excellent. Highly recommended!

5.6 / 10·Oct 2026

Overall, the hotel is acceptable, but there are several disappointing aspects that seriously affect the experience. The furniture and equipment in the rooms are extremely outdated and clearly need renovation. One of the biggest issues is the lack of natural light. The windows are very small and deeply recessed into the walls, making the rooms feel dark and unpleasant. There is practically no view, and the room is not somewhere you would enjoy spending time. Unfortunately, it is also obvious that the hotel is not receiving the necessary maintenance. For example, the lights inside the wardrobes remain on while you are trying to sleep, and the air conditioning controls are confusing, making it difficult to tell whether the AC is actually working properly. However, the most disappointing part of the experience is the food and restaurant service. The food quality is extremely poor, and I would strongly recommend avoiding the restaurant. I paid SAR ***for a the lunch that, in terms of quality, was worth no more than SAR ***. At that price, guests should expect a significantly better dining experience. Overall, while the hotel itself is acceptable, the outdated facilities, poor lighting, lack of proper maintenance, and especially the disappointing restaurant make it difficult to recommend without significant improvements.
