    The location of the apartment is excellent with a tram stop almost directly outside the apartment and the main train station a 7 minute walk away. There is a shop directly around the corner if you want to grab snacks,water etc. With the tram you can get to the old town in minutes. The apartment itself has all amenities you will need for your stay e.g. washing machine,kettle etc and was very warm. Negatives- the apartment was a little small but that's not an issue if only staying for a few days.

    Pretty decent apartment but overall I was disappointed given all the great reviews. In my opinion, they got some details right but many details wrong. For instance, there is a sensor behind the bathroom mirror that turns it on automatically and cannot be turned off. The shower head is anything but gentle, making showering uncomfortable. The hair dryer makes a strange sound. A number of things need fixing: wobbly dining table, fan with broken parts although it functions, some stains here and there. Cleaning was mediocre. There were dishes left in the dishwasher when I arrived. There was no sponge, only one bin bag for four nights, no scissors, no kitchen towel, and the clock on the wall was not working. On the positive side, a very friendly lady checked me in. The apartment is on a high floor, feels safe, has plenty of space, and the wifi is good. The overall atmosphere is very modern but feels like a corporate office, lifeless and lacking colour. Location is close to central station, which is convenient, but with windows open it is very noisy with constant trams, police siren, cars, and station announcements. Cleaning was ok, not great. And I didn't find any cleaning equipments. I knew that if I asked reception for anything they would be helpful but I expected them to get it right in the first place.

    Good place to stay. 5 min walk from the train station. The apartment has all facilities: hair dryer, coffee machine, washing machine, etc. The bed and duvet are clean and comfortable. The whole apartment is clean to high standard; only the floor looks not having been cleaned properly: there were hair and dust and they stick to your feet if walk bare-footedly.

    The room is exceedingly spacious with Balcony, and the hotel is in a modern building at a location close to train station, bus and tram stops, and shopping mall and restaurants. We are totally satisfactory in the stay in this hotel.
