The location is excellent. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, the main train station is within walking distance, and tram stops are conveniently close, making it easy to get around Warsaw. The room was acceptable, but the shower water pressure was very weak. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. It repeatedly turned itself off during our stay. When I reported this to reception, I felt I was being gaslighted. I was told that the air conditioner had probably switched itself off because the room had reached the target temperature. That explanation made no sense, as the room was clearly still hot. I asked for a technician to inspect it instead. Although it was supposedly fixed, the problem remained. The thermostat displayed 19°C, but the actual room temperature was still around 26°C. This was during a week when outdoor temperatures reached 38°C, so a properly functioning air conditioner was essential.

I flew to Warsaw with my 2 children aged 12 and 11, the hotel was very clean, smelled good, the staff was amazing and very helpful, there was always someone at the hotel even when we checked out in the middle of the night for the return flight. The food is really really good, fresh, looks really good, the stands in the dining room were always clean! There is a variety of tea, pastries, dairy products, cheeses, juices, butter, eggs, desserts, the food is suitable for both children and adults, the food looked excellent and was really tasty. Location: Excellent, the hotel is a 6-minute walk from the Zloty Terrace shopping mall, a 15-minute walk from the main avenue (of course you will walk because there are lots of good shops on the way and the view is stunning) and there are lots of shops and great food there! And really not expensive About 15 to 27 minutes drive to every activity I took my kids to, go-karting, zoo, Pixel XL, Arcadia Mall and all sorts of other things, overall a great hotel, on the 16th floor there is a chair that is so comfortable but really comfortable to the point that I wanted to send it to my country :) Highly recommend

On the first night of accommodation I stayed in room 1718 and the experience was terrible. The noise of the music from the clubs near the hotel, of the cars passing on the boulevard did not let me sleep until 5 am. I slept practically 2-3 hours on that night. After this experience I asked to change our room and I received room 2220. The same story ! On the second night I had the same experience and I could not sleep due to the noise outside until the morning, 4-5 am. It is obvious that the hotel has a major problem with the windows, they are probably very old, practically all the noise outside (I mean the loud music, etc.) reaches the room.
