    The property offers a convenient location if you want to stroll around near heritage town. They have a cafe on the ground floor. A bit pricey. The wifi is fast. Over all positive experience

    I booked this property for its convenient location near the church where I was attending a wedding. Overall, the facilities were good, though the bathroom could use some minor improvements. Please note that the stairs leading to the property are a bit steep, but they were manageable for me."

    The booking said complimentary coffee and tea, none of that. We had to pay 39 pesos for a liter of water too. When we checked in we were told that the room we booked was not available so we had to pay 2700 for an upgrade?? We said no and we want a room with the same rate. We were told they will prepare another room around the same rate and we need to pay a ₱100 difference. We got to the room and it smelled. A staff just sprayed room freshener to help with the smell. The TV was not working properly and a staff had to fix it for about 15 mins. Then 4 hours into our stay we were told there was a fee for early check in, which was ₱500. We only needed to leave our stuff so if we knew about the fee we would not have checked in early. The facility was not worth the price. The staff were friendly and it was unfortunate there were so many surprise charges.
