    The entrance to the building itself was VERY hard to find. When you do find it, the ground floor is under renovation and very dirty. There were no signages to guide you where the reception is. Or even to verify if you're at the right place. When I found the reception area, there was no receptionist at the desk. Had to call a bunch of numbers displayed on the desk. Only one number listed was working. When I was guided to my room, I noticed there were stains on the bed sheet. No towels or additional sheets given. I had to ask for those. The sliding window of the bathroom was broken too. The receptionist gave me a piece of cardboard and duct tape to patch it up. The garbage wasn't emptied out also. The walls were thin too. I could hear what the people in the other room were up to. I would not recommend this place unless you're short on cash and don't mind all the things I've mentioned. Thankfully, there were no cockroaches or ants. Surprisingly, there were birds and bird poop along the hallways.

    I booked this room because I have important transaction in Marina Davao. It's close to the Marina office. I can recommend this only if you don't have another choice. I know it's cheap and what do you expect?? The funny thing is they don't even have a towel we can use. I was traveling with my brother and sister, atleast they give us one we can use during our 3 days stay. 😂 Then on our second night, somebody opened our room, saying they have booked the same room we are staying for a week, good thing the door was double locked inside, it is very inconvenient! How on earth that happened? The staff and the other guests apologized but it is very scary experienced specially that we are not from Davao. We don't know anyone there! (Take note: we are already sleeping that time). If I am not mistaken it was around 9-10 Pm. The next day, we check out as early as 3 AM. 😂 I will not booked here again! 😭
