8.8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
We booked this hotel because it was the nearest and most affordable option to our guide’s meeting place. I saw photos of a parking lot on Agoda, so I expected that we would be able to park when we arrived. However, there was no prior notice that the parking lot was inaccessible due to the ongoing road construction.
Instead of offering assistance, the staff simply came out and told us to find parking on our own. We were unfamiliar with the area, so how were we supposed to know where to park? Thankfully, we eventually found a parking lot and proceeded with check-in since our payment was non-refundable.
As for the room, it was clean, but there were mosquitoes flying around. The bathroom also had no shower, and there was no water heater.
During checkout, the staff knocked on our door right at 12 noon, seemingly to check whether we had already left.
Overall, the experience was disappointing. The lack of prior notice about the parking situation and the lack of assistance from the staff made our arrival stressful. I hope the management can improve its communication with guests and provide better service.
