    This is by far the worst hotel compared to others in Mactan. They don't have a generator so we had to endure a blackout with no lights. The water supply was also poor with little to no pressure. Despite your room being available, there was no consideration for early check‑in and had to pay significant amount. The free shuttle service is USELESS and impractical as guests are required to leave hours before their flight. On top of that, the staff provided confusing instructions. The air conditioning was uncomfortably HOT since it was fixed at 26°C and not adjustable. The location is also far from essential stores. Overall, a truly horrible experience.

    Everything is ok for its price and its clean. BUT PLEASE CHANGE YOUR SHEETS AND TOWELS. ITS SO OLD AND YELLOWISH AND HAS A LOT OF STAINS. SAYANG your property. The towels im so scared to use. Sorry at least i have to tell the truth. Other than that everything is good.

    Stayed for 1 night. First room that was given to us was 102 the aircon leaks water. Then we were transfered to 202 at first everything was okay, then we woke up the next morning due to the aircon was so loud i thought its going to explode any minute so we turned it off even if we are 5 hrs away from checking out. It also springkles water dirrectly from the bed i was sleeping on the night before so the bed and the sheets were soaking wet. The covers of the bed were old and wiped too. After arriving home i noticed that i have an insect bite (cockroach) on my left leg, it was so swollen that i have to take on meds to ease the pain. Although the location is very convenient and close to the airport and have an free airport transfer, i would NOT recommend staying here, because not only that the advertise price is different from the actual price that i have paid the hassle of transfering rooms and not having enough sleep due to the condition of the aircon is not worth it. This was the 5th hotel that i have stayed in the last week and honestly the wost experience we’ve ever had. I really want to give a good review but the experinece was so bad i cannot help it.
