The staff were great, and the pool was clean. However, some parts of the room could use improvement, especially the bathroom. Our main concern was the difficulty of accessing the upper floors, particularly if you're carrying heavy luggage. Hence, the title of this review. We had two suitcases and a stroller, so imagine having to carry all of these up to the third floor! Overall, our stay was great. We also got a cheaper rate through Agoda compared to the walk-in price, which was a plus!

The location is very accessible easy to get a Grab or tricycle. Near Gaisano Mall and City Hall. The area feels safe and quiet, which I really appreciated. My room was spotlessly clean definitely a highlight! It came with an electric kettle, a 1 liter water pitcher for the dispenser, drinking glasses, and cups. The TV works fine, though there’s no cable so you can’t watch regular channels, haha, no big deal! The WiFi, however, was excellent and fast. The hot and cold shower worked perfectly with no issues. There’s a cabinet with 4 hangers for your luggage and belongings, plus a hairdryer, very thoughtful touches. I stayed on the 4th flr, with windows overlooking the neighborhood outside 😅. Overall, I really enjoyed my 2-night stay. When I didn’t feel like going out, ordering food via Grab was also very convenient. Would happily stay here again!

Very positive experience in staying here, such a cozy place with a chill vibe. I am delighted with the space and cleanliness of the room (Deluxe). And the small sitting area with a window and the paintings on the wall! They offer free coffee amd creamer, hot and cold water in a common area, with a swimming pool, free airport shuttle TO the airport. No toothpaste or toothbrush or slippers provided. No breakfast so you need to go to Gaisano nearby. Over all, highly recommended place to stay! Will surely consider staying here again next time
