    My husband and I booked this hotel because I hadn’t been sleeping properly for days due to my night shift schedule, and we genuinely thought a change of environment would help me finally rest. Instead, I woke up every 30 minutes starting at 4 PM because of constant traffic noise. It became clear only after arriving that the hotel sits directly beside the main road in Taguanao. There is not a single review mentioning how loud it is, which feels misleading given how severe the noise actually is, especially for light sleepers like me. By 7 PM, we gave up and checked out because I couldn’t stay asleep at all, which defeated the entire purpose of the stay. We asked for at least some consideration since we only stayed a few hours, but no refund was given—only a 10% discount for a future stay. Offering that after the experience feels frankly unreasonable. We left frustrated and even more exhausted than when we arrived. As a Cagayan de Oro local, I’m honestly disappointed that this is something being positioned in a way that tourists might consider a proper place to rest. It does not reflect that expectation at all. If you are a light sleeper, noise-sensitive, or actually booking this hotel to rest, this is not the place. We checked out early and we will not be coming back.

    had to book here because we are attending a funeral service at Forest Lake which is just about 500 meter away from the hotel. Staff are so nice, clean room, room service food is yummy and affordable and the terrace is a plus. my parents both senior citizens was very happy witg the place, suggestion, add folding chair perhaps? so that people can sit down when they have room service and can eat comfortably..

    A nice place comfortable and cozy. Maze at the front desk was very helpful and sweet.. the only complaint I have is the wifi is slow and not really good if the wifi was better I would recommend this everyone.
