    Excellent customer service. Location is close to 2 restaurants and a little far from main road where there are more restaurants. Appreciate the clean swimming pool open until 10pm. Rooms are clean, AC working.

    Stayed at this property and had a mixed experience overall. Pros: The room and bathroom were spacious, which made the stay comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. It was convenient to have a drinking water dispenser available. The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable, and the water pressure in the shower was strong with both hot and cold options working well. I also appreciated the balcony—it was a nice, comfortable space to relax. The air conditioning worked efficiently throughout the stay. Wifi is strong and reliable. Cons: The location is quite secluded and far from most attractions, convenience stores and restaurants making it less convenient to get around. The facilities feel dated and could use significant renovation, especially the bathroom. There was also an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, which was disappointing. Additionally, the rental motorbikes offered were very old and not in the best condition. Overall, the stay had some strong positives, but improvements in maintenance and location convenience would make a big difference. Note: tuktuk ride from the port terminal to the hotel cost 350 pesos
