    Convenient for its location, cleanliness is okay for a 3 star hotel. But some maintenance must be done. Faucet, AC, and some cleaning is a must before accepting a guest esp cobwebs in every corners of the room. Towels must be replaced it’s not white color anymore.

    It’s near Gaisano Mall, which makes it very convenient.

    Feels like an old hospital turned into a hotel. This is the only place I stayed in where I left my lights turned on and was so eager to leave the place. Dirty CRs and rooms. Creepy hallways and sometimes feels like someone is standing somewhere
