    I arrive at 1am (with prior notice) and the location is a bid hard to find, no proper signage. The ambiance is not peaceful, no lockers available. The staff is honest enough to the limitations of the facility which are totally different from what is declared in Agoda. I cannot recommend this property, even in short stays. I ended up booking another hotel.

    I guess that's what they want to provide to low budget travellers. Unmaintained bathrooms but great water pressure, overcrowded room filled with all luggage but stong air condition. Most people staying here are long term so you can just imagine the stuff they have with them. Stinky sheets that are new but I think it's because of the bad weather. Open kitchen with limited utensils and roaches. Do not be fooled by the pool picture since you will only get access if you pay 300php which is over half of what you paid for your room. This is way too far from my stay in Co GRID Makati where I paid exactly the same price but I felt rich in their place with free access to gym, rooftop pool and elegant business area. People living here are nonchalant, doing their own thing holding their cellphones, usual everyday routine. The only area I liked was the potato couch area. So if you want to experience how it feels to live in Manila with little money left but at least not living in the squatters area, this is the right place for you.

    The location is decent for walkability and shopping, making it easy to explore the area. However, the view is quite underwhelming, and transport options could be better. Cleanliness was satisfactory, but the facilities left much to be desired, and the staff didn't provide the best service. Overall, while there are some positives, the experience felt average and could use improvements in several areas.
