We had a great stay here. The 'Big Room' lived up to its name—the beds are huge and can easily accommodate 5-6 guests. Everything was clean and well-maintained. It’s highly affordable and situated just a short distance from the city, making it a perfect, budget-friendly choice.

This was honestly the worst accommodation experience we have ever had. We genuinely do not understand why this place has so many positive reviews because our stay was extremely disappointing, uncomfortable, and unhygienic. First, we are not even sure if we were assigned the correct room because the room we stayed in looked completely different from the photos advertised online. The moment we entered, it was obvious that the room had not been cleaned properly. There was hair scattered on the floor, which immediately gave us a bad impression regarding the cleanliness of the place. Second, when we opened the refrigerator, we found leftover food and a tumbler that clearly belonged to someone else. Later, when we left the accommodation and returned, those items had mysteriously disappeared. This clearly means that someone entered our room without our permission or prior notice. We raised this concern with the front desk, but instead of apologizing or addressing the issue professionally, they casually responded, “Bakit may nawala ba?” Their reaction made it seem as though they saw nothing wrong with entering a guest’s room without consent. They showed no concern for our privacy, security, or comfort. Third, someone knocked on our door and asked us to place the tumbler back in the refrigerator because, according to them, that was the only room with a refrigerator and they were staying upstairs. Our concern was: why were we assigned to stay in that room if it was supposedly being used as a shared or common area? The entire setup felt disorganized, misleading, and highly unprofessional. Fourth, the upper bunk bed had bed bugs, and one of us was bitten multiple times. This was extremely alarming and completely unacceptable for any accommodation hosting paying guests. Lastly, just outside our room near the dirty kitchen area, there was spoiled food left sitting out. The smell was horrible, and there were already maggots crawling around it. The entire environment felt unsanitary, neglected, and poorly maintained. Overall, this accommodation provided a terrible experience due to the lack of cleanliness, professionalism, privacy, and proper maintenance. We would absolutely not recommend staying here.
