    Rooms/apartments are good and comfortable, well maintained, clean. Front Desk Service is good. They are helpful and responsive. Housekeeping requires repeated reminders for any request you make. The Port restaurant is the reason that brings the rating down. First, they have limited options for breakfast. There is no buffet breakfast. One has to do an à la carte order, but the choices are just too limited, leave alone vegetrain options. For other meals, too, the choices are very limited. I expected some Indian dishes on the menu (considering there are lot of Indians who travel to PNG now), but it was disappointing to see there were none,

    I had a great first impression by the front desk staff - they welcomed me with warm smiles, were super professional, and gave the best customer service I've ever had in my own country. The room I booked was all sold out so they upgraded us for free. The suite was great - a great home away from home. We enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely be back next time. Definitely recommending it to others.

    The room and the staff were fantastic! The location and the view is amazing. The only downside is the aircons weren't working well.
