⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our Go-To Hotel for Tigtigan Terakan King Dalan (TTKD) 2026! Best Western Metro Clark has always been our go-to hotel whenever we’re in town for the TTKD event, and once again, it did not disappoint! I would say its facilities and services deserve a solid 4-star rating. The facilities in the newer wing are modern and high-tech, and the bathroom is particularly impressive—almost at par with those of 5-star hotels! Housekeeping is consistently excellent. Our room is cleaned daily, towels and other essentials are replenished, and even the slippers are replaced with fresh ones every day. It’s these thoughtful details that make a difference during a hotel stay. The breakfast spread is generous, with a good selection of pork, chicken, fish, and eggs prepared to suit different preferences. There’s also a variety of bread, including pandesal, ube pandesal, Spanish bread, and tasty bread, along with two to three kinds of pastries and fresh fruits. I particularly appreciate the freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice blends, as well as the different coffee options available. What makes the breakfast experience even better is the staff’s attentiveness. They consistently approach guests to ask if we would like coffee and courteously enumerate the available choices. Their thoughtfulness and consistency in doing this every morning truly stand out. The front desk staff are equally pleasant, accommodating, and prompt in attending to my requests. Their warm and professional service adds to the overall comfort of our stay. A helpful tip for future guests: If you prefer newer rooms with more modern facilities, I suggest requesting a room in the newer wing when making your reservation. You may also want to inquire about booking a King Room and specifically request placement in the new wing. Be sure to confirm this directly with the hotel, as room type alone may not guarantee a room in that section. Overall, we had another satisfying stay! With its modern facilities, excellent housekeeping, generous breakfast selection, and attentive staff, Best Western Metro Clark continues to be a reliable choice for us whenever work brings us to the area. Definitely one of our preferred hotels for TTKD! ❤️

If you have a family with children, this is the hotel that has all your needs. Great rooms w/ comfortable bed and pillows, good food, clean facilities, the play area is great as well for the kids. The location is also near lots of restaurants and in front you have a convenience store. Most of all, they have the best hotel staffs who are all kind, helpful and approachable. They make sure to provide the best customer service! Superb! I will definitely recommend them.

We had a great experience overall! Check-in was a little chaotic due to the large number of guests in the lobby, but the staff remained calm, accommodating, and helpful throughout. Our room was upgraded to an executive suite, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I especially loved the kids’ play area, and it was reassuring to know that it is sanitized on a regular schedule. The only areas for improvement would be to have a heated pool and a wider variety of breakfast options. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and truly appreciated the excellent service and family-friendly amenities!

Our stay was decent (7/10) minus the internet issues. They had internet issues for 4 days in a row with it being unusable for standard working (voip meetings mostly). I missed multiple meetings or got dropped out of them due to their internet issues. Managements response to this? Sorry, we donno why the wifi is bad. I have a tech background so I assisted the tech guy with troubleshooting our room as best as possible, but it was all in vain as management eventually said "our provider says its having issues". They also like to come single manager first and come back with 3 more people, very unusual tactic. At the end of this mangement offered us 11$ USD as a "sorry". I told their management, can we just get a pocket wifi while yours is having issues. They refused this request. Do not biok this hotel unless you're not using the internet or have expectations about things working. For the price it was absolutely abhorrent.
