    Smells pee going to our underground room. No window, Toilet bowl is clogged. The location is nice though and the staffs are nice.

    When we arrived at the hotel, we asked for our room, but the staff told us that the room originally assigned to us had already been given to someone else. They asked us to wait until 2:00 PM for check-in. When they finally handed us our room, we were surprised because it wasn’t the room we had booked. It was significantly smaller than what we had reserved. I even showed the staff our booking confirmation and compared it with the room they gave us. They were very hesitant to move us to the correct room because they said another guest was scheduled to check in there later. To make matters worse, when we entered the replacement room, we discovered that it had water leaks.
