    My stay at Hotel Sogo was convenient and satisfactory for my business trip. The room was comfortable and provided the basic amenities needed for a short stay. The staff were accommodating, and the location was accessible, making it convenient for work-related activities. Overall, a practical and budget-friendly accommodation for business travelers.

    I have stayed there before I would recommend it but I would not recommend room 404 it was so noisy from the traffic outside in the sirens the motorcycles terrible did not get much sleep that night

    Customer Service is the best I've had in the Philippines. Booked a executive room for one night. Because of cost and proximity to the VA medical clinic. We liked the room and immediately booked a Mega Suite Suite room for the next night and asked shortly after arrival, if we could pay to upgrade so both nights would be in the better room and they gave us the upgrade no additional fee. Extremely helpful and far more affordable than those expensive places.

    Poor customer service. Mabagal ang transaction. We waited for more than 30 minutes para lang makapag check-in despite na naka online booking. Priority lang ata nila yung nagwawalk-in booking. Tapos ang tagal magrespond sa requests. Yung front officer named Denise, di marunong ngumiti, nung sakanila galing ang inconvenience saka wari ngumiti. Di sila good for overnight stay.
