    1. Staff were very accommodating, helpful and kind. They answer the messages on time, but hopefully they will have a phone number that we can call for easier communication. 2. Location was very nice because it was in Calle Crisologo. 3. The building, rooms, facilities were old, hopefully they will do renovation or improvement but stay their vintage/old style. The stairs should also improved, it was very steep, not that good for seniors and kids. 4. All in all, we enjoy our stay and we had a good rest and experience. Kudos to EHL staff and management! God bless 🙏

The location is PERFECT, but the place needs sprucing up. It is CLEAN & COMFORTABLE, but the passage of time is evident. However, if one is up to some ghost hunting thrills, we experienced if here. We heard someone cleaning up the bathroom after we have all retired to bed. It didn't scare us... we just recognized the "presence" and prayed.
