    Upside: along Calle Crisologo. Parking is walking distance from hotel. Very nice staff. Old house vibe. Downside: no bidet hose. Shower is hot but pressure is low. AC is not enougn thus require electric fan yo ensure cold is felt throughout the room. Need some repairs on common area chair.

    We love that it is located at Calle Crisologo. Sa tapat police station so it feels really safe. When it comes to services I guess this is where they are lacking. There were 4 of us but there were only 2 drinking glasses offered and coffee. One incident we accidentally locked the CR door. We informed the staff about it. Lo and behold they don’t have spare keys for the CR. At first they were there trying to open the door with their many keys and ended up not one working. After awhile they just left us there and did nothing. So, we had to figure out ourselves how to open the door. We did open it and no we are not telling how we did it hehe. Also, we did not damage the door (FYI).

    Sorry pero panget ang facilities. Especially CR and Sink. May ipis. Room is like a barong barong. Service is so lousy. Kumatok si Ate early morning to force me to check out. Nakakatawa. Kabilang room ata yung nagcheckout. Ako yung kinatok niya. Imbis na magpahinga pa sana. Nag ayos na ko kasi sobrang panget talaga ng service. Gabi palang gusto ko na umuwi but I still give it a try. Better check in sa mas modern na hotel para di masira yung vigan experience niyo.

    It's location is its greatest selling point. A lot can be improved though. 1. AC in our room was not enough to cool the whole room. Even with an electric fan it was still not enough. I can just imagine the heat during summer. We went in the last week of May so it is not that hot anymore,. 2. Some capiz shells in the bathroom are missing. We had to plug them with our socks just to ensure that we cannot be seen inside or for that semblance of privacy/ 3. Breakfast was good (plated which you have to order the day before) for its price. Can I suggest that coffee making facilities be available in the dining area though. A simple water heater and water dispenser with water would be great. We waited for the hot water for our coffee (3-in-1, which I do not mind) but had to ask for this since the staff forgot to bring up the hot water. 4. Parking. They could have informed the guests ahead of the or given the location for the parking. We drove in circles before we were able to contact them. A little hiccup but avoidable. Overall, if you are not picky, this is a an ok accommodation because of its location.
