    the pillow cases and bedsheets are dirty and obviously not been changed after the previous user. despite the request to change it, it fell on deaf ears.

    We booked a Queen Room for Friday–Saturday because we were attending a concert nearby and chose the hotel because of its location. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, there was no available parking. The guard told us to leave our room number and that we would be notified when a slot became available, supposedly around 5 PM. Our concert started at 4:30 PM, so we had to carry our belongings from Puregold to the hotel and pay for parking elsewhere. This was extremely inconvenient. It would have been understandable if the hotel clearly stated that parking was first come, first served. I specifically contacted Agoda beforehand because having a parking space was important to us. We were also coming all the way from Cavite, so we expected the parking information to be accurate and clear before making the booking. The receptionist/manager was also not very helpful when we raised our concerns. More importantly, when we entered our room, the bedsheets were visibly dirty and had a large stain that appeared to be urine. We immediately reported this to housekeeping, but their response was, “Baka po sa panggabi.” This response was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. Clean and hygienic bedding should be a basic standard. We hope management takes this seriously and investigates both the parking issue and the room's cleanliness. We paid for a room expecting a clean and comfortable stay, but unfortunately, that was not what we received.
