    We had a group of 8 and had the family villa and deluxe 2 room, and was a great time. The hotel staff are very inviting and friendly - offering suggestions and making us all feel welcomed. We took advantage of the surf school, and all instructors were great and knowledgeable - helping us all as we were first time surfers. Shout out to Jack and Charlie - you guys were awesome. If you have the opportunity to surf at the tesort, highly recommended as there are far fewer surfers for beginners not to feel overwhelmed. We really enjoyed our stay - the wait staff, bartenders, and management were super awesome and I would highly recommend staying at Harana. We will miss our friends!

    Don’t stay here if you want peaceful and relaxing vacation, expect a party noise until morning. The road going to the hotel is narrow and bumpy. some tricyle/tuktuk doesnt like to take us inside the resort you have to pay additional fee. Rain was leaking inside our room. We can provide pictures. Very poor customer service. Garbages outside the cabana was ignored by the staff. No telephone and room service. If you need something you have to go out and walk outside even if its pouring rain. The reception is not always available. Poor internet connection. No facilities for children if you want to use the pool you have to pay (consumable). And pool is small. If you want to party just go to the restaurant on a Saturday night but not recommended to stay.
