    Vivo is awesome but the staff are the best. We loved staying there and can’t wait to go back. It’s in the centre of town or center of town if you can’t spell properly lol 😂ohh the food is also nice

    The strength of this property lies on their staff as well as the outdoor areas that are available for use. The staff were really kind and welcoming from the time we arrived. The restaurant had good food with reasonable prices. The common space was clean. The garden area had a lot of really pretty plants and you could tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining them. The pool was clean and was warm until teh evening. The lounging chairs were clean and very relaxing. The location of the property is right along the main street of General Luna. Within a few minutes walk you have all the best restaurants you would want to visit. You can appreciate as well that the rooms are set back from the street that you'd still have a very quiet stay. What I think they can put more effort into are the rooms themselves. The bed has thin linen. The hanging rack in the room isn't stable and isn't ideal considering the resort is in a beach town. The bathroom itself could use the most updates. No separation of wet and dry areas here. The fixtures are very dated. Overall, had a good stay but note that what you're paying for is the location as well as the outdoor space. :) Not a bad thing.:)
