    Its quite place in the center of SanJuan! near great restaurant and food place.

    Enjoyed our stay.. when we first arrived, which was early. We were unable to get early check-in. Staff was not very welcoming.. eventually after a couple hours, they allowed us to check in one hour early. Still staff was unwelcoming.. we had the beach view second story. Very nice room with great view. Beach was slightly dirty with garbage so we picked it all up so we could enjoy our view from the beach chairs. room cleaning stuff very nice.. Downtown San Juan is about 10 to 15 minute walk. Tuktuk are about 100 pesos. Smart TV with Netflix Amazon prime, and YouTube is a plus. overall, we enjoyed our stay.

    We had a lovely staff here, we had the beachfront room. Beautiful view, lovely, clean and comfortable room. We ordered pizza and a snack from the bar, we were able to eat it in the garden overlooking the beautiful beach in front. It was tasty and well presented. What didn’t we like - the staff weren’t as friendly as other places we stayed which made us feel a little awkward. The rats that run back and forth near the gate towards the room at night. I have a massive rat phobia so this won’t apply to everyone. There isn’t just one or two there are several and you have to walk passed where they run. Most nights we would see them which I hated. There was 4 one night all together. I asked if they knew they had rats and they said yes they live in that bush (pointed to a bush right near to the gate entrance where you walk to the apartments). There are a lot of rats in the Philippines, so if you have a phobia like me maybe don’t choose here. Aside from the rats and the not so friendly staff, the place is very pretty and in a great location. Room we had was comfortable and really clean.

    There were alarming noises coming from our bathroom in the middle of the night. At some point, I was thinking may either we were about to be robbed or some bad spirits were haunting us. In the morning, I was supposed to take a swim in the beach but I caught a teenage boy masturbating and facing at me. He was standing right beside the fence of the resort which was not that tall anyway. I called him out but he still kept doing it. I called on the help of the locals who were a distance away from me. When the boy noticed that I called for him, he hid and eventually ran away. He could have just easily followed me in my room if I hadn't called for help. Certainly, not a safe place.
