The best place in Potro Galera honestly the working staff are very kind, helpful and friendly, and the rooms are very priced, clean and have a great view, I recommend it.

Sub standard room. Not that clean. Low water pressure, no flush. Only one male employee actually works the rest do nothing. No person in the reception area. Some guests are quiet but some were noisy and allowed to be noisy. The view from the balcony is good tho but u will have a lot of stairs to climb. U should bring everything u need with u because they will not have it.

We initially booked in for 3 nights but decided to extend for an additional 2 nights since we were so happy. It is a bit of a hike up the hill (stairs only) to get here but the view from our room makes it worth it. The bed is comfy, the showers hot, our host is a great cook and the pool is clean and refreshing. Great place to stay if you like snorkeling as the bankas (boats) are right here and you can even snorkel right from the beach.

My overall stay was okay and I appreciate the space and cleanliness of the room. However, I incidentally misplaced my phone and unaware that it was left at my room. I have been trying to call and text my misplaced phone asking for someone to return it. After a few days, I tried looking for the phone number of the receptionist and luckily I was able to contact her. She said that they found my phone and they have been trying to reset it. I just wonder how will I even contact my phone if they had already reset it? 1. Why didn’t they contact me especially if they found it in my room? I am certain that they have my contact details since I booked online. 2. Why would they bring home the phone and not store it in lost and found? 3. Why would they reset my phone and take away my (2) sim cards inserted in there? Yes, I am still thankful for the staff that they admit that they have my phone and they tried to reset it. I am just disappointed that Bellevue doesn’t have any policy in handling such matters.
