    The staff were very accommodating and warmly answered all our questions. Booked for my senior parents and they made sure everything was in order for them. Suggested great restaurants and activities. Would definitely recommend!

    Even though staffs were friendly I had to ask for towels everyday and no automatic cleaning service. Other than that the location was perfect, had pool right next to my room and the rooftop attached to my room had a great view!

    No hot water in room. Staff told us we needed to reset the hot water system to get it to work. I suggested that would have been good information when we booked in
