    we had a great stay here. They have good facilities and excellent customer service we also enjoyed our free breakfast meals the rooms are clean and comfortable beds. Only downside is going to and from places not ideal for people with difficulty walking.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful stay! ❤️ The staff at Ferra Premier were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. They even surprised me with a belated birthday greeting, complete with a tarpaulin and balloons! 🥹🎂 Such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay extra special. The location is excellent and very convenient, too. Overall, great hospitality, great location, and definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! ❤️

    We stayed at The Ferra Premier by JG for 5D/4N and honestly, everything was excellent. From the warm hospitality and genuine customer service to how incredibly pet-friendly they are. Every bit of our stay was worth it, and we can wholeheartedly say that this is a place we’d highly recommend. Sobrang bait ng lahat ng staff, from the guards, Front Office, kitchen, housekeeping, hanggang sa bawat staff na nakasalamuha namin. Everyone was welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely happy to assist. You can really feel that they love what they do because their service doesn’t feel forced, it feels sincere. They even went above and beyond with our last minute request due to an unforeseen situation. From arrival until departure, ang daming little details na mapapansin mong personal, pinag-effortan at pinaghandaan. Those little things made our stay even more special. Originally, 4D/3N lang talaga kami, pero dahil sobrang sarap mag-stay sa Boracay and with the kind of customer service we experienced at The Ferra, mapapa-extend ka talaga! 😂 And one of the moments that really stood out to me.. nagka-sore throat ako during our vacation. I asked if they could give me some salt for gargling because masakit ang lalamunan ko. Akala ko simple request lang, but they surprised me with honey lemon ginger tea and hindi lang once. They kept giving it to me throughout our stay. 🥹 saan ka pa? That kind of thoughtfulness is something you remember. And of course, special mention to how well they treated our furbaby, Telay. Being pet-friendly is one thing, but making both the guests and their pets feel genuinely welcome is another and they absolutely did that. Thank you, The Ferra Premier by JG for making our Boracay trip even more memorable. From the hospitality, genuine service, thoughtful gestures and the way you took care of us and our furbaby, you definitely made our stay one for the books. 💓💯 For sure, babalik at uulit kami!!! Highly recommended talaga! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you for making us feel at home while on vacation. 🫶🏻
