    We love how the hotel staffs are so attentive and go above and beyond when it comes to our needs during our stay. My fiancé and I enjoyed our scuba diving trip arranged by the inhouse dive shop and we’re planning to book another dive trip with them in the future. Kudos to Balai sa Baibai Resort, you just made our trip one for the books and kept us wanting to go back to Camiguin!

    We were a group of high school friends who decided to collectively celebrate our golden birthday milestone on Camiguin island. We chose Balai sa Baibai as our home base and it was the right choice! The ambience of the place was so lovely! The resort was spacious, beautifully set up and landscaped. The rooms nicely decorated and the beds were so comfortable. The staff were friendly and did what they could to accommodate our requests. I got to chat with the owner-manager, Alessandra, who was also very nice. Breakfast was great, with many healthy choices. And the place was quiet! Our room in particular I can barely find any fault in. There was a pool and a water fountain and a spacious veranda/living area that we loved. They could perhaps just improve the way the shower works. When we were there you had to turn on a different knob outside the tiled area to use the water heater. Other feedback from my friends were that the lighting in their room was too dim, and there was no full length mirror in the other villa. There was construction of a sea wall going on while we were there but we were made aware of that beforehand and it barely bothered us as we were always out during the day. Overall, we were very happy with the resort as it delivered on all fronts. I would probably be back, with my family next time.
