Food and coffee is good that you wouldn't need to eat anywhere else. The facilities are complete and the place is big and well maintained. We really enjoyed our staycation to attend a wedding. We will be back with our kids.

I was looking forward to celebrating my birthday at this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. One of the things they advertise is a complimentary welcome drink. We checked in at 2:00 PM, but no one offered or served it to us. The following day, we asked about the welcome drinks since we never received them upon check-in. To our surprise, we were told that they could no longer be claimed because they are only available between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This policy simply doesn’t make sense. If the staff failed to offer the welcome drinks when we checked in, why should the guest lose the benefit? A welcome drink is supposed to welcome guests—it should be offered proactively by the hotel, not left for guests to remember and request. Otherwise, what’s the point of calling it a “welcome” drink? Another disappointing experience was with the front desk staff. We asked about visiting one of the hotel’s bars to celebrate my birthday, and the receptionist simply replied, “It’s by reservation.” She didn’t offer to check availability or ask if we wanted her to make a reservation for us. A simple, “Would you like me to check or reserve a table for you?” would have shown genuine hospitality. Lastly, I was surprised that the hotel’s kitchen operates only during specific hours rather than offering food service throughout the day or late into the evening. For a hotel, this was quite inconvenient. Overall, the facilities may be nice, but the service lacked warmth, initiative, and attention to detail. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, and unfortunately, that was missing during our stay.
