    Overall experience 8/10. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The location is great because it's around downtown area. The room is great and the AC is cool. The only problem is that the wifi for the room stop working around 5 pm and was not resolve. The good thing was the staff connected my device in another wifi but it has low signal. We basically needed to go near our door to get signal.

    DISASTER!!! incompetent staff...dont know basic hospitality... CLOSE YOUR RESTO... serving time is unreasonable... i called your reception almost midnight for PRE ORDER BREAKFAST TO BE SERVED AT 7:00AM... 7:00 came...i call for follow up, and your staff answer MADAMI PO KASING ORDERS... your hotel dont even know PRE ORDER MEANS??? my room was 405, i can hear the noise coming from the next room, disaster!!! i will never boook again at your hotel

    The room was clean and generally comfortable, so I have no complaints regarding the room itself. However, my experience with the reception and overall service was quite disappointing. During check-in, I waited for almost 20 minutes because the front desk staff was attending to another guest who appeared to be discussing or negotiating an extension of their room stay. I understand that guests may have different concerns, but I felt that the situation could have been handled more efficiently, especially since I was already waiting at the front desk. The following morning, I asked about breakfast at around 7:00 AM. I was told that the café was not yet available, and the staff could not give me any information about when it would open. I then asked if I could at least get some coffee, as I had seen staff delivering coffee to some rooms. An attendant initially told me, “Okay, sir.” However, when I returned to my room less than a minute later, I was informed that coffee was not available—not even 3-in-1 coffee. What was particularly confusing was that when I decided to check out about 20 minutes later, I again saw staff delivering coffee to other rooms. I pointed this out to the front desk, and I was simply told that “a while ago it was not available, but now it is.” I understand that availability can change, but the inconsistent information was frustrating and could have been communicated much better. I also noticed that the reception staff rarely made eye contact when speaking with guests, which made the interaction feel somewhat indifferent or nonchalant. I am sharing this feedback respectfully because I believe the hotel has potential. The room was clean, but the front desk service, communication, and responsiveness could be significantly improved. A little more attentiveness and clearer communication with guests would make a big difference in the overall experience.
