This resort is located almost beachfront, so convenient! Staff from receptionists to housekeepers are so friendly, they entertain your questions. Room smelled good and was clean when we arrived. We saw one cockroach but that’s just it. The price you pay is still more than worth it!

The location was perfect, offering stunning view that made the stay memorable. Staff were friendly and attentive, contributing to an overall relaxing experience. You can just walk around the area, near the front beach and restaurants. Senior friendly and affordable.

We arrived after confirming our reservations, only to find out that there was no record of our stay. We were told that the hotel was fully booked and they didn't have a room for us, even though we paid in full. We were forced to hunt for new lodgings on our New Years vacation. We were told that we probably were scammed by a fake Agoda company. Regardless, our stay was spent paying peak rates at another hotel, plus the money already paid to Ban's hotel, and filing a dispute with my bank. So, I don't know anything about Ban's hotel except that our reservation wasn't honored.
