    Great place for a relaxing staycation and delicious food! Their pool wasn't working when we stayed though. But overall it's great for a cozy staycation in Antipolo.

    The staff were accommodating and helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself left much to be desired. It was clean when we arrived, but there was an overwhelming air freshener scent that gave us a headache. Once it faded, we noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke despite specifically requesting a non-smoking room. At times, there was also a very unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom. Sleep was difficult because our room faced the road, and we could hear traffic as well as staff chatting in the hallway at night and early in the morning. We asked to transfer rooms, but were told that all rooms in the same category were located on the same side of the hotel. There was also an issue with the Wi-Fi during our stay, although we appreciated that management acknowledged the problem and provided an apology letter. The restaurant was closed as well, so we had to order food through Grab. Overall, the staff were pleasant and helpful, but the room conditions, noise, and limited amenities made our stay less comfortable than expected.
