The amenities are so nice. We especially enjoyed the free snorkeling.

Our stay was pleasant overall, but I felt the hotel has a lot of potential and could be much better with some improvements. First impression: Unfortunately, the arrival experience was underwhelming. The entrance was not as nice as I expected, and the guards asked for our booking before allowing us in, in a rather abrupt manner. There was little warmth or welcoming feeling upon arrival. The entrance staff were quite relaxed; although they helped with our baggage, there was not much sense of urgency or attentiveness. On the positive side, the front desk staff were professional, helpful, and accommodating. Room: The room was okay, but it felt a little tired considering the price we paid. When we entered, the floor was still wet, presumably from recent mopping, and there was a slight musty smell. The sheets were clean but had a strong chlorine/bleach smell. Overall, the room did not quite match the photos shown on Agoda and felt less impressive in person. The bathroom was decent, with standard-quality toiletries, clean white and soft towels, and a bidet, which was a nice addition. However, the water tasted salty and did not seem to be properly filtered. The TV also does not come with Netflix, and guests are required to log in using their personal credentials. For a hotel at this price point, I would expect streaming services to be provided as part of the room experience. We booked two rooms, with my son staying in the opposite room. Since we stayed for two nights, we requested housekeeping on the second day. This was handled very professionally and quickly while we were out having breakfast, which I appreciated. Food: We did not dine at the hotel because I initially thought breakfast was included in our booking, only to be advised upon arrival that it was not. This was surprising given the rate we paid, as I would have expected breakfast to be included. We therefore went to nearby restaurants for our meals. Facilities and activities: The pool was one of the highlights of our stay. We spent quite a lot of time there, and the pool attendants were friendly and helpful. We were unfortunately unable to use the complimentary kayaking and snorkeling activities because the sea was rough due to the typhoon. We did, however, enjoy the in-house KTV and appreciated being given a complimentary two-hour karaoke session. Overall atmosphere: The hotel has a very good concept, with beautiful decorations in the public areas that create a strong Santorini/Greece-inspired atmosphere. The gardens are well maintained, and the public areas were consistently clean. However, the building exterior is showing its age and would benefit from repainting, as mold is quite visible on parts of the facade. There is also a general musty smell around some areas of the hotel, which is understandable given its location near the sea and the humidity. However, there are now many products and systems available in hotels to better manage humidity and maintain a fresher indoor environment, and this could significantly improve the overall guest experience. Overall: The hotel has a great concept, beautiful surroundings, and a fantastic view. The sunset view was particularly beautiful and, for me, is one of the things that really sells this property. The rooms and facade need some updating, and the arrival experience could be much warmer and more welcoming. Including breakfast as part of the stay would also make the overall value more competitive. I would say the stay was good, but it could be much better. With some investment in the rooms, building exterior, humidity management, and guest arrival experience, this hotel has the potential to be a truly excellent place to stay.

Room smells moldy. They have other facilities like gym, karaoke room etc but those rooms also smell moldy. The only good thing is the pool. It’ll be better if its heated.
