    The staff are very helpful and accommodating wherever they can assist. I wanted to order food, the receptionist used her app to order and I paid her and it was delivered to my room. According to reception, housekeeping is 24hrs. So basically you can call at anytime to make your room. My only issue was that I didn't get hot water in the shower, they couldn't resolve it during my five night stay.

    Room cleaning everyday was terrible. Floor was not swept or moped for 5 days. Had to ask several times for clean towel and hand towels. They were not changed when they made up Room everyday. Soaps and supplies including water were not supplied. 2 of the days I asked reception for towels and still not delivered 5 hours later. I stayed in this hotel in January this year and it was great. I will definitely tell everyone how bad the service was.
