    Great location and friendly staff. I truly appreciate the staff they are very accommodating. I hope the owner will upgrade their rooms and their AC's.

    I have been to the CouCoy restaurant before when I lived in Santa Fe. The service and food was much better then. I had a second floor room. It was difficult to climb the steep stairs with my bad knees. The room was comfortable for two people even though it was a standard room. The shower heater didn't get hot enough, but it was still good. The area was quiet at night. The hotel is central to all the places to go in downtown Santa Fe. Close to the beach, MJ Square, and many other attractions. The staff was okay. The food was okay. However, the overall quality seems to have diminished since I was there last. But still a decent place to stay.

    No Kettle and Coffee or tea. No toothbrush just shampooe and Handsoap. No, complimentary breakfast . As for the price is kinda high for that kind of resort hotel . There’s no pool and not beach front. Have to walk 500-700meters to go the beach.
