    Check in to reception it's Okey the staff helpful assist us but check in the room terrible I need to ask them comfortable room for us. 1st room terrible smell, smell like someone smoke in the unit but the odor remain even the staff spray the smell still there so they decide to transfer us,again the second room no smell but the aircon so noisy u cannot sleep if your booking whole night so I request again to change the room.the staff keep on looking comfortable room for us,then they found 3rd room on the 5th floor no smell, the AC is split type the room is clear but the hot water not working..I told them it's ok I want to rest I said to the room attendant even no hot water ...I can still check in with them but hopefully they check the room before someone check in

    Better for short stay. Kailangan pa po ng linis, especially po sa mga hallway, hindi po namin ma explain yung amoy (malansa na amoy kulob). Mabait yung mga staff. Thank you.
