    Right next to the beach. So worth it!

    Added breakfast but it was not honored. There were a lot of groups of families and people. Pool and beach area were always crowded. Never coming back.

    I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the breakfast service I experienced on the morning of July 6, during my stay at your resort. While I was generally satisfied with the accommodations, the poor handling of this situation left a negative impression that I hope can be addressed constructively. At around 8:00AM, I placed my breakfast order and politely asked the waitress how long it would take. I was told, “Dali ra sir, kay naa naman ni daan, lutoon ra dayon.” (It won’t take long, sir—it’s already prepared and just needs to be cooked.) Based on that, I expected the food to arrive shortly. When I returned to follow up around 8:40 AM, I was informed that they had run out of eggs and were still cooking. While I understood this might cause a slight delay, I believed it wouldn’t take much time since eggs are quick to prepare. Out of hunger, I began eating some leftover food I had brought with me. By 8:58 AM, I followed up again. I noticed I was the only guest still waiting for breakfast, and surprisingly, the staff appeared to be gathered, chatting, and even eating their own meals. This struck me as highly unprofessional, especially while guests like myself were left unattended. At exactly 9:00 AM, knowing this was the breakfast cut-off time, I told the waitress to cancel my order and requested a refund, as I had already finished eating my own food out of necessity. A few minutes later, the breakfast finally arrived, but I informed the server I no longer wanted it due to the delay. Instead of understanding, the server turned to a colleague and remarked dismissively, “Kan-an ni kuan ohhh!!…”, which felt disrespectful and inconsiderate. To make matters worse, when I voiced my frustration about the poor service, some of the staff became defensive and walked away while I was still speaking, which only added to my dissatisfaction. I was simply trying to express my concern as a guest, but I felt dismissed rather than heard. I am providing this feedback in the hopes that future guests will receive the quality of service expected from a resort of your standing. I trust that this matter will be reviewed and handled with seriousness.
