    Excellent Stay with Great Amenities The location was perfect and the staff were attentive, making the stay comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and offered hot water, contributing to a restful sleep. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the pool added to the overall great facilities. Overall, it provided excellent value for money.

    The owner and the staff are super nice! Super accommodating, hands down. They're so friendly, respectful, and was just helpful overall. Even the owner helped me on an issue prior to arrival. They were just so considerate that our experience was elevated. Objective-wise, for improvement purposes, room was okay -def not luxury feels. Very basic and a bit worn out. The AC died down twice which awoken me late in the night. The showers were clean but water pressure not great. The place could use some well deserved rennovations or maybe interior designing for a more modern feels. Still. Could not say anything negative about the staff and owners. We would be back 10/10 because their hospitality was just excellent.

    Had a great stay at Cool Martin Resort! The place was relaxing, clean, and perfect for bonding with family and friends. Staff were accommodating and the amenities were enjoyable. Highly recommended for a quick getaway in Bacoor!

    I am incredibly disappointed with my stay here. The staff at the front desk were extremely rude, dismissive, and showed absolutely no interest in helping guests. To make matters worse, there is barely any water in the room—the water pressure is practically non-existent, making it impossible to shower properly. When I brought this up to the staff, they completely brushed it off. Basic amenities and decent customer service should be expected, but this hotel fails at both. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
