    This was indeed one of the best Hotels in Davao. The accessibility was good and the location was great. If you want to go to SM Lanang you don't need to be under in a scorching sun coz' they just have a connecting bridge. The rooms was cozy, clean and equiped with timely amenities. We stayed their for 3 days and I appreciate that their breakfast buffet serves different menu each day. The hotel also applied sustainable practices which I greatly appreciate. But the true asset of the hotel was their staffs. From the moment you enter you will immediately feel the warm fron the guards and bellman. The frontdesk was very accommodating. I also appreciate the Housekeeper in our floor that time (5th floor) she (L) was very charming and greet us with a huge smile when we encounter her in the hallway. And also to the bellman (ryan) who assisted us when we checkout. I heard that he is still an OJT but his service is beyond professional. All in all, our experience was great. and surely we will choose this hotel again. Coz' this Hotel embodies what Filipino Hospitality truly is. -Romer

    Park Inn is in a great location, but it is not what it used to be. My wife and I have stayed there every year since 2016 aside from 2020 and 2021 (COVID). I thought after renovations, it would be better, but if you pay for a "superior room," you are just getting a room facing the mall. There is no wet bar now, there are no bathrobes, and you have to flush the cheap, Chinese toilets six or seven times. The breakfast buffet is now about like a Holiday Inn Express in the U.S. The bacon is guarded like gold and diamonds. The entire fifth floor and our room smelled like an open container of oil-based paint. We left with headaches. I understand renovations, but holy crap! Suck the fumes out before you put people on the floor! If I am going to pay ₱12,000 per night for a hotel room in Davao, I expect better. I have stayed at other hotels in Davao this year for less than ₱6,000 per night, and experienced far better amenities, food, and service. This was our last trip to Park Inn. That is sad for me to say because we spent most of our honeymoon there in 2016. Rest in peace, old Park Inn.
