Booked our stay for 3 deluxe rooms to accommodate 12 pax - upon booking everything seemed to be all well and good. However, when we arrive at the hotel, the rooms were not cool enough to beat the heat and the aircon was not picking enough cold temp to our expectations. We were moved to a different “standard room” and was still charged for extra bed at first until I demanded for the off-setting due to the room downgrade. They still decided to charge us for the extra pax. The bathrooms are dirty and there’s no rug or bathmat to wipe the wet floor. We stayed for 2 nights but they didn’t even bother cleaning and clearing the garbage. Not to mention that the pool seemed to be built for the owner’s mansion in the back and just later decided to offer it to the public to make profit as the fences are closed and there was no access through the hotel bldg. that you had to walk around the premises. Moreover, the pool was so dirty that there were some bugs floating in the water. Will not recommend.
