    Good but there’s issue with the toilet. It doesn’t flush properly

    Arrived almost 2 am...assigned a room that they knew in advance that there were problems of smell of puke and human increment...we have waited for room change for almost 30 minutes...the second room was renovated but they forgot to clean it so we were full of dust when we turned off the ac...the second day was worst as I checked out and my friend remained.in the room to stay for another night ( I was the one who booked the room but placed it under the name of my friend coz he will be the only one who will stay during the second night..Supervisor Genre asked for another 200 for additional charge for his guest...I rushed to go back to the hotel from my condo to confront the supervisor...I explained how he was supposed to do his job and follow his SOP ...at the end he refunded the money and gave it back personally to my friend...Note: Im the booker and paid the room but put my friend's name as lead guest, he was the one who checked it and presented his Id..me as the second person offered them my Id but they refused it and we were informed that it wasnt necessary....The voucher speaks for itself...the name of my friend was clearly written ....that supervisor needed to be demoted...he didnt checked thoroughly the voucher..He kept insisting that changing of the second person each night is not allowed..huh??? His own policy? Even for walk in clients, that policy cannot be applied...a mere joke considering we all know what Sogo stands for...
