    We had a great stay at Blue Diamond Staycation. From the start, the host was incredibly accommodating—seamlessly helping us add an extra guest for a very reasonable fee and ensuring we had enough bed space and foam. What impressed us most was their proactive communication and honesty. Prior to our check-in, they alerted us right away about a damaged shower fixture caused by previous guests. Even though parts had to be temporarily removed for safety, they ensured we still had hot and cold water available via the handheld setup and kept us updated every step of the way. Later that night, when we accidentally locked the bathroom door, host responded right away with clear instructions on how to unlock it. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Finding hosts who are this polite, transparent, and responsive is rare. Highly recommended for a hassle-free, comfortable stay!

    Poor customer service at the front desk and zero accessibility accommodation. We stayed for two nights and were placed on the second floor. Traveling with a senior and an infant made using the stairs very difficult. When I explained this to the front desk and asked for a ground-floor room, they rejected the request without even fully checking their system for availability. Completely unhelpful and uncaring staff. On a positive note, the restaurant staff were a wonderful contrast; everyone there was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and always welcoming us with warm smiles. However, looking at the overall value, the breakfast options were also very limited. Moving forward, I can only recommend this property to budget-conscious travelers without young children or elderly family members, given the lack of an elevator and limited amenities.
