    Location very convenient. Staff very helpful. A faulty shower head was reported and replaced immediately, improving the shower considerably. I have stayed here on visits spanning several years and recommend it.

    The location is very hard to find, no clear signage at all. There was the typhoon Uwan hitting Manila on the day where I was suppose to get to the island and the coast guard prohibited all ferries to operate, meaning there is absolutely no way to get to the island, so I tried to ask for a refund or flexible arrangement. NO, they just take the money and not willing to do any sort of refund even if it's not our fault that we can't get there. So be aware if you want to have flexibility. The water from the shower head is smelly. Smell like plastic and it won't go away, hard to adjust to cold water, there is no clear instructions on where to get the hot water. Only 1 bottle of water is provided on yhe first day when you check in to the room. Then you will need to get your own fresh water supply. Also no toiletries is provided other than toilet paper. Wifi is ok, but sometimes disconnected, you will need to keep reconnecting to it. Also there is no hair dryer for girls. So definitely not recommend if you have long hair
