Grateful that I was able to book last minute for our weekend getaway. We had 3 hours of travel. A little far than what we expected. We arrived late at night to checkin around 8:20pm from manila and the staff were friendly upon our arrival. You will feel the sense of exclusivity of the place and that you are secured on your stay. The room at casitas were spacious enough for a couple and the view was still breathtaking. It was nice that the washroom had a small area where you can hang your wet swim wears. Just a little downside that you can hear the neighboring rooms ;)) and the lights were so dim. The san diego restaurant offers a well presented, good quality and scrumptious food, just a little pricey. The amenities were also top tier and the beaches were beautiful, we were able to visit the main club beach, the lower beach, and our last stop was at the terrazas. They also allowed us to enjoy the place until 6pm even if we already checked out at 12noon. Will be coming back again and maybe will make it an annual visit. Thank You agoda for confirming my booking at around 3:30pm :)) Thank You so much again for accommodating my special request of complimentary cake for my husband’s bday and our wedding monthsary (June 18).

We had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, though it was fairly simple and not particularly luxurious. The staff were one of the highlights of our stays they were polite, friendly, and very accommodating to our needs. The swimming pool was clean and well-kept, making it nice place to relax. As for the beach, it wasn't especially impressive but the water itself is clean and enjoyable for swimming. We also enjoy the food. The dishes were tasty, and the serving portions were reasonable and well-worth the price. Overall, it's a good place for a relaxing getaways, especially if you value excellent service and cleanliness. We would gladly consider staying here again and would recommend it to those looking for a comfortable and relaxinggetaway.

Club Punta Fuego has become our go-to destination whenever we want to relax and unwind. Despite having visited several times already, each trip still feels special. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and attentive, and the food continues to be one of the highlights of our stay—consistently delicious and well-prepared. One area that could use some improvement is housekeeping and room cleanliness. During our most recent stay, the floor in our casita did not seem to have been mopped thoroughly. We could feel the dirt under our feet, and I even ended up using my son’s wet wipes to clean a portion of the floor myself. We also noticed dust on top of the refrigerator, which may have been left behind during cleaning. It might be helpful for housekeeping to pay closer attention to these details to maintain the high standards that guests expect. That said, this experience did not take away from our overall enjoyment of the resort. Club Punta Fuego remains one of our favorite places to stay, and we will definitely continue coming back. We look forward to seeing the resort maintain and further improve its excellent service and guest experience.
