Experience was good, accomodating staffs, accessible location and they are responsive with my inquiries.

Good location as the hotel is only a short distance away from the malls, convenient transport access, and helpful staff. Cleanliness could be improved especially on the bed itself as it felt a little itchy on my back when I lie down. Thank God there's a bidet this time unlike the one we had before.

    Quiet and Great Stay!
    6.8 / 10Average·Sep 2026
Pros: Excellent location, within walking distance of Gateway Mall, Ali Mall, Araneta Coliseum, and Novotel. Good value for money given its central location. Cons: Mobile phone signal is unavailable inside the rooms. The building and rooms are showing their age, with some fixtures needing maintenance. During my stay, the door security lock and bathroom window fittings were loose. The air conditioner was old and quite noisy. Overall: If you're not overly particular about accommodations and mainly need a conveniently located place to sleep, Fersal still offers reasonable value for money. Just don't expect modern facilities or spend too much time in the room.
