    Before I write my review of the hotel, I just want to mention something about a customer last Sept. 26, 2026 (hoping na mabasa mo if you leave a review or happen to read this). For this ate na may hawak na baby (you were wearing black, chubby, and swimming in the main pool with us. Grupo kayo, pero yung mga kasama mo nasa bandang kiddie pool and jacuzzi), ate, next time na pumunta ka sa resort, please lang wag kang dumudura sa pool. BASIC ETIQUETTE ‘YAN. Maiintindihan ko pa yung normal body libag, pero yung dumura ka sa pool—twice, with phlegm pa ata, after a deep cough habang hawak mo yung baby mo—is really not acceptable. Hindi lang naman ikaw ang gumagamit ng pool. After seeing that, hindi na kami lumubog ulit because of the concern about germs and illnesses that could potentially spread through body fluids. Adult ka na, ate. Please be mindful next time. (Para din po ito sa future customers sa iba’t ibang resorts, hindi lang sa Del Sol: please observe basic etiquette. BASIC po ito—kahit bata na naturuan nang maayos, alam ito.) As for the resort itself, the facility is nice, spacious, and clean. However, for the value for money, I’d give it 3 stars. Medyo pricey, especially with the additional 10%–20% service charges on almost everything. Food and drinks are also quite expensive, so better to bring extra budget. The air conditioning could have been cooler. The beach was low tide when we went, so we weren’t able to swim. I think madalas low tide na talaga sa area. Overall, our stay was nice, except for the pool incident, which unfortunately affected our experience.

    What an amazing place to feel free from stress <3. Good food and very accommodating staffs well spent bday for my 2 year old kiddo.

    We booked a Deluxe Room, but upon arrival we were assigned to the Mansion Villa instead. We showed the receptionist proof of our booking, but we were told that nothing could be done to correct the mistake. One of the main reasons we booked the Deluxe Room was because it was advertised to include a bathtub. Unfortunately, the room we were given did not have one. This is not the room or the amenities we paid for. In addition, the room itself was disappointing. The bed felt unstable and made loud creaking noises with even the slightest movement, making it seem like it could break at any moment. This made our stay uncomfortable and far below our expectations. We are very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Despite providing proof of our reservation, no effort was made to provide the room we booked or offer a satisfactory resolution. We did not receive what we paid for, and this significantly affected our experience. We hope you will address this issue, improve your room assignment process, and provide better customer service to prevent similar situations from happening to future guests.
