Very Nice place to stay in Bolinao Area.

We had a couple of days stay and unfortunately there was a tropical depression in the area on those 2 days. PDSR is a wonderful resort with excellent staff that make one's stay relaxing. Being off peak there was no buffet dining but we had excellent breakfast and dinner there, We ate out for lunch. The 4 pools and 1 Jacuzzi were great to try, I didn't feel that there was too much chlorine in the pools. As the weather was not good we did not go into the sea, even if the immediate area doesn't get affected by large waves.

We booked a Deluxe Room, but upon arrival we were assigned to the Mansion Villa instead. We showed the receptionist proof of our booking, but we were told that nothing could be done to correct the mistake. One of the main reasons we booked the Deluxe Room was because it was advertised to include a bathtub. Unfortunately, the room we were given did not have one. This is not the room or the amenities we paid for. In addition, the room itself was disappointing. The bed felt unstable and made loud creaking noises with even the slightest movement, making it seem like it could break at any moment. This made our stay uncomfortable and far below our expectations. We are very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Despite providing proof of our reservation, no effort was made to provide the room we booked or offer a satisfactory resolution. We did not receive what we paid for, and this significantly affected our experience. We hope you will address this issue, improve your room assignment process, and provide better customer service to prevent similar situations from happening to future guests.
