    The room quality is good and the staff were attentive and respectful. The buffet breakfast is poor. No yoghurt or even muesli or fresh vegetables. Few selections and they don't refill, unless you request.

    Unfortunately, our stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped due to the ongoing construction at the hotel. The noise and disruptions made it difficult to relax, which was the main purpose of our stay. While the staff were courteous, the overall experience was affected by the renovation works. At this time, I would not recommend staying at the hotel until the construction has been completed.

    Booked a Premier Room for me and my female officemate, and a Classic Room for our male companion (driver). However, upon arrival we found out that the Premier Room they assigned has only one double bed despite our requestsl for 2 beds. The space is smaller than advertised and doesn't have any view. The front desk offered to put up another bed. To my dismay, it was a small folding bed. We checked on the room of our male companion (Classic Room) and it was way bigger and has 2 single beds. We decided to switch rooms. There is a noisy radio inside the toilets of both rooms. There was also an incident when a male staff knocked 2 times while we were about to sleep claiming we requested for tissues which we did not. Aside from this hiccups, the cleaners and othe staff are polite and they have many breakfast options. The place is located near other restaurants. It even has Contis in its property. The place is clean. I suggest that the hotel improved on its communication with their clients even if the booking is done through a third party app. Other hotels do that to address the requests and needs of the clients. Also, the employees uniform should be improved too. These suggestions are made to improve the services of the hotel.
