    One of the best resort in Pokhara, the view was amazing. Rooms were cozy and nice. Only issue was that AC was not working sometimes.

    The only good thing is the location and views. The rooms have very small ac which do not warm at all. Double bed and twin bed rooms are same. They might just join it. Cleanliness problem in the rooms. We found condom packets in our room just after checkin. First day we ordered kashmiri pulao, it was great. Next day we ordered again they gave old rice, cooked unwell and taste was awful. We tried to complain about these things, they say they will inform manager. But senior management seems missing as no one reached out to us later. Breakfast was okay. Dinner buffet is not upto the mark for the prices charged. The restaurant is too slow. We felt unwelcomed at a time during day 1 at lunch. We were having lunch peacefully and a big party came, the restaurant lady pulled chairs and table mats while we were eating. Not a single word. They seem arrogant and need training. We have stayed at multiple places in pokhara and received better service at better rates. Would not recommend.
