    Property clearly stated that no water bottled water or toiletries will be provided to this online booking at such low price and while booking through agoda app it was clearly mentioned about included things. I'll attach screenshot for the same if attachment option is visible. When contacted agoda customer care they said contact property for the same but property people are denying to provide as this booking is not made through us and made it online via hotel booking apps. If Agoda can't provide basic facilities in hotel that too mentioned one's then why they are advertising those facilities. If I am booking with agoda , they should see if hotel is providing them all the inclusions mentioned while booking. I have even booked same property in advance for next month but seeing this type of behaviour from them I don't want to stay here more, if agoda can cancel my booking and provide me refund will be great ,if you still stick on your rules of no refund policy , then please atleast take some action on this case too of not providing basic facilities mentioned while booking. Whatever price I pay for hotel it should be between agoda and hotel why should I suffer just because hotel is saying low price booking we can't give basic facilities too. Worst Property. Bad Customer Support Experience from Agoda.
